Upham beach is a gorgeous location in St. Petersburg! Diana and Yuriy wanted their engagement photos to feel like a date, not just a photoshoot. We had so much fun together dreaming up the perfect setting and date night that felt true to them. I highly recommend thinking of your engagement photos as a date night for the two of you. I will just be your third wheel, tagging along to capture you both authentically doing what you love!

Upham Beach Engagement Photos

So, we adventured to the gorgeous Upham Beach. It’s a bit more private in some areas than other on St/ Pete beach. It was the perfect setting for these two love birds to just let loose and be themselves. Diana and Yuriy are very classy, simple and sweet! Their engagement photos did not disappoint and spoke to them so well. They brought a cute picnic to the beach, and really loved having fun in the sand! I want you to feel comfortable behind the camera with me. Let’s have fun, bring your favorite foods, and just be yourselves!

This was such a sweet date idea, and so wonderful for an engagement session! We set up their beach picnic right by the rocks on Upham beach and the sunset was so gorgeous. Diana and Yuriy get married at a beautiful waterfront venue in a few months and I’m so excited for their wedding day! They are such a joy to be around and photograph, so I can only imagine how much fun their wedding day will be!
