This Sedona elopement was an absolute pleasure to photograph. The Newsome’s treated me like family and wanted me to be a part of every step of the way in planning their Sedona wedding 🙂 They are a super fun and adventurous couple and were literally down for anything! They made it so much fun to explore and photograph this gorgeous spot and made my Sedona dreams come true.
An Intimate Wedding Day in Arizona
A Dreamy Sedona Elopement
It was a beautiful, intimate day in Sedona. They had an intimate elopement with their immediate families in a beautiful airbnb. We did first looks at the airbnb and then adventured over to the most stunning spot for their ceremony. It was called Cathedral Rock in Sedona, Arizona. Cathedral Rock is a popular spot in Sedona for good reason. The hike to get there is short and simple and the views are breathtaking!
After their ceremony, we went back to the airbnb and they had the most beautiful, intentional reception. They really wanted to make their guests feel special too, so they planned a full weekend of festivities and had a fun dinner party for their reception with mexican food and drinks.
Cathedral Rock Elopement
Their elopement weekend was so intentional. They did a pre-first look and couples session the night before their wedding to get more sunset adventurous photos 🙂 I highly recommend doing this to take advantage of your destination! I’m not just a photographer that poses you and captures the moments you’re in, but I’m one that lets you be your true selves with fun and loving prompts that TRULY showcases your love.
